You may bring your payment with you.  If you are using a transportation service and will not be at the removal, the driver will need your bidder number and a copy of your invoice for swift thorough transition.  NO item will be allowed to leave the auction site unless it is paid for.  Please remember, the removal of items is solely the bidder’s responsibility.

Method of Payment

All payments must be received by Tuesday October 7th except UPS items.

Payments must be received before any item can be removed. 

You can pay at the auction site or at our office.  Forms of payment are:

Cash, Cashiers Check, Money Order, Personal or Business Checks** and Wire Transfers.

**All personal and business checks over $1,000 must be accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee.

UPS Shipping Information

Following the end of the auction you will receive an e-mail with your invoice if you are the winner. After receiving the e-mail, and if you decide to have your items shipped UPS, contact Ryan Olson rolson@hoffhilk.com or call 612-521-5500 in a timely manner.  Payments on these goods are delayed until we get the UPS shipping amount for your items.  We then will contact you with the total amount.
